How the Prize Milestones Work

Prizes do not increase with each individual player. A defined milestone must be reached in order to unlock the next prize tier.

With 15 players, the 12 to 15 player tier remains applicable.

At 16 players, the 1 FC 27 + 5,850 FC Points tier is unlocked.

At 24 players, the 1 FC 27 + 15,700 FC Points tier is unlocked, with 4 prize-winning positions.

At 32 players, the 2 FC 27 + 19,600 FC Points tier is unlocked.

At 48 players, the 2 FC 27 + 35,850 FC Points tier is unlocked.

At 64 players, the maximum tier of 2 FC 27 + 53,550 FC Points is unlocked, with 7 prize-winning positions.

A milestone unlocked through paid and confirmed registrations will not be reduced due to subsequent no-shows.

Same-day registrations may contribute towards unlocking a new milestone, provided places are still available and registration is completed within the permitted time period.

The additional €5 charged for same-day registrations does not change the published prize values.

Prizes cannot be converted into or replaced by their monetary value.

All prizes will be made available from September 25, 2026, the release date of EA SPORTS FC 27.

FC Points will only be purchased after the game has been released, which is why they cannot be provided in advance.

If a winner is unable to collect their prize on September 25, it will remain available for collection on the following days.

If any prize is unavailable on September 25 due to circumstances outside the organization's control, the winner will be informed and may collect the prize as soon as it becomes available.

A disqualified player loses the right to any prize associated with the competition.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The tournament will take place in person at Crafty Play, in Moscavide.

The tournament will take place on September 20, 2026.

The tournament will have a minimum of 12 players and a maximum of 64 players.

Early registration costs €15 per player.

A place is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid in full.

A reservation or expression of interest without payment does not guarantee a place.

If places are still available, same-day registrations will be accepted.

Same-day registrations include an additional €5 fee, bringing the total to €20.

Same-day registrations will only be accepted before check-in closes and only if the tournament has already been confirmed.

For the tournament to take place, at least 12 paid and confirmed registrations must be reached no later than 72 hours before the event.

If the minimum of 12 registrations is not reached by this deadline, the organization may cancel the tournament.

Whenever the tournament is cancelled by the organization, the registration fee will be refunded using the same payment method originally used.

Refunds using the original payment method only apply when the tournament is cancelled by the organization.

In the event of a withdrawal communicated more than 48 hours before the start of the tournament, no cash refund will be issued. The participant will receive, at the organization's discretion, store credit equal to the registration fee or entry to a future equivalent event.

In the event of a withdrawal communicated 48 hours or less before the start of the tournament, no refund, store credit, or entry to another event will be provided.

Check-in is mandatory for all participants and takes place between 10:15 AM and 10:45 AM.

After 10:45 AM, check-in will close and the tournament structure will be generated.

Any registered player who fails to check in by 10:45 AM will be considered a no-show and automatically disqualified, with no right to a refund, store credit, or entry to another event.

The tournament starts at 11:00 AM.

There will be a lunch break between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM.

The venue has its own restaurant.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.

Players may not use personal equipment, controllers, accessories, adapters, cables, or external devices, unless they have received prior and express authorization from the organization.

All equipment required to participate will be provided by Crafty Play, except where otherwise authorized by the organization.

The tournament may use Swiss rounds, Winner Bracket + Loser Bracket, or a Group Stage, with the final format determined by the organization.

The organization may make any operational adjustments required to the schedule, tournament format, setup allocation, or match order in order to ensure the proper running of the event.

Any lack of fair play, aggressive attitude, disruptive behavior, or conduct that negatively affects participants, staff, customers, or the normal operation of the event may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.

Decisions made by the organization regarding disputes, results, technical issues, behavior, penalties, disqualifications, and removals from the venue are final.

Prize Conditions

The prizes awarded in this tournament consist exclusively of EA SPORTS FC 27 copies and FC Points, according to the participant milestone reached.

Prizes will not be paid in cash.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.

The applicable prize tier will be determined by the number of paid and confirmed registrations.

A prize milestone unlocked through paid and confirmed registrations will not be reduced due to subsequent no-shows.

The prizes are intended for EA SPORTS FC 27, which is scheduled to be released on September 25, 2026.

As the prizes depend on the release of the game, no EA SPORTS FC 27 copies or FC Points will be awarded on the day of the tournament, September 20.

Prizes will be available for collection from September 25, 2026.

If a winner is unable to attend on September 25, they may collect their prize on any of the following days.

If any prize is unavailable on September 25 due to issues involving game availability, FC Points, the platform, suppliers, or other circumstances outside the organization's control, it will be made available to the winner as soon as possible.

Crafty Play may contact winners to arrange the delivery or collection of their respective prizes.

A disqualified player loses the right to any prize associated with the competition.
