HARRY POTTER QUIZ

Harry Potter Quiz Rules

1. The quiz will be played using the Kahoot platform.

2. The quiz will contain 45 questions.

3. The theme of the quiz will be Harry Potter.

4. The content will primarily focus on events shown in the 8 Harry Potter films.

5. The quiz may include questions related to:

   • events and stories from the films
   • main and supporting characters
   • Hogwarts
   • Hogwarts Houses
   • teachers and students
   • spells and charms
   • potions
   • magical creatures
   • magical objects and artefacts
   • Horcruxes
   • the Deathly Hallows
   • locations in the Wizarding World
   • specific scene details
   • memorable dialogue and moments
   • film-related trivia
   • production details
   • Easter eggs
   • references and small details featured in the films

6. Questions may cover any of the films from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.

7. Although some questions may involve general knowledge of the Harry Potter universe, the events and information presented in the films will take priority whenever there are differences between the films and the books.

8. Questions will have different difficulty levels, ranging from accessible questions to challenges designed for the most attentive and experienced fans.

9. Some questions may require close attention to small details, objects, events, or visual elements shown in specific scenes.

10. The quiz may include multiple-choice questions, true or false, puzzles, answer ordering, image questions, written answers, sliders, and other formats supported by Kahoot.

11. Each participant or team must choose an appropriate name and use it throughout the quiz.

12. The organization may request that any name considered offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable be changed.

13. Each participant or team may use only one device to answer.

14. Team members may discuss the answer among themselves before submitting it.

15. Searching for answers on the internet during the quiz is not allowed.

16. Consulting notes, books, documents, wikis, applications, guides, or any other reference material is not allowed.

17. Using artificial intelligence or other external tools to search for or confirm answers is not allowed.

18. Using a second device to search for answers is not allowed.

19. Receiving help from people outside the team is not allowed.

20. Any attempt to obtain answers through external means may be considered cheating.

21. The ranking will be calculated through Kahoot, taking into account correct answers and response speed according to the settings used during the event.

22. Participants should carefully confirm their answer before submitting it.

23. An answer submitted by mistake cannot be changed.

24. For written-answer questions, minor spelling variations may be accepted when the answer is clearly correct and when technical validation makes this possible.

25. Names of characters, locations, spells, or other elements may be presented in Portuguese or English.

26. Whenever technically possible, different recognized translations of the same term may be accepted.

27. Where differences exist between Portuguese translations, international versions, or original terminology, the organization may accept equivalent answers that clearly identify the requested element.

28. If a question contains a factual error, significant ambiguity, or more than one clearly valid answer, the organization may cancel it.

29. The organization may also replace a question before or during the event if considered necessary.

30. In the event of a general technical issue, the organization may repeat a question, cancel it, or make any necessary adjustments to the ranking.

31. Individual issues involving battery life, internet connection, device performance, or device operation do not require a question to be repeated.

32. The organization may provide technical assistance whenever possible, provided this does not interfere with the normal running of the quiz.

33. In the event of a tie for 1st place, a tie-breaker will be held.

34. The tie-breaker may consist of one or more additional Harry Potter questions.

35. The format of the tie-breaker questions will be determined by the organization.

36. The tie-breaker may take into account the correct answer, response speed, or another criterion previously defined by the organization.

37. The result of the tie-breaker will determine the final ranking between the tied participants or teams.

38. Any attempt to cheat may result in a warning or immediate disqualification.

39. Aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in a warning or disqualification.

40. Participants must respect all other players, teams, customers, and Crafty Play staff.

41. The participant or team that finishes in 1st place in the final ranking, after any necessary tie-breakers, will be declared the winner.

42. The winner will receive one Funko Pop.

43. If the winner is a team, one Funko Pop will be awarded to the winning team.

44. The prize cannot be converted into cash or store credit.

45. A disqualified participant or team loses the right to the prize.

46. Decisions made by the organization regarding correct answers, cancelled questions, tie-breakers, penalties, disqualifications, and the final ranking are final.
