General Knowledge Quiz

🏆 Prize: Boardgame

The prize will be awarded to the participant or team that finishes in 1st place in the final ranking.

If more than one finishing position receives a prize, the distribution will be announced by the organisers before the event begins.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into store credit or replaced with another item unless otherwise decided by the organisers.

In the event of a tie in a prize-winning position, a tie-break will be held according to the quiz rules.

Rules

The quiz will be played using the Kahoot platform.
The quiz will feature 70 questions.
Questions will be dedicated to General Knowledge, covering different areas of knowledge.
The quiz may include questions related to:
- general knowledge
- history
- geography
- science
- technology
- art
- music
- movies
- TV series
- events and notable happenings
- video games
- geek culture
- trivia
- other general knowledge topics
Questions will feature different difficulty levels, ranging from accessible questions to challenges aimed at more experienced participants.
The quiz may feature multiple-choice questions, true-or-false questions, puzzles, answer-ordering challenges, image questions, typed answers, sliders and other formats supported by Kahoot.
Each participant or team must choose an appropriate name and use it throughout the quiz.
Each participant or team may use only one device to answer.
Searching for answers online during the quiz is not allowed.
Consulting notes, documents or other reference materials is not allowed.
Using artificial intelligence or other external tools to search for answers is not allowed.
Receiving help from anyone outside the team is not allowed.
Participants may not use a second device to search for answers.
Rankings will be calculated through Kahoot based on correct answers and response speed according to the settings used for the event.
Participants should carefully confirm their answer before submitting it.
Answers submitted by mistake cannot be changed.
For typed-answer questions, minor spelling variations may be accepted when the answer is clearly correct and when technically possible.
In the event of a tie in a prize-winning position, the organisers may use one or more tie-break questions.
The tie-break format will be determined by the organisers depending on the type of question used.
Any attempt to cheat may result in the participant or team being disqualified.
Disrespectful, aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in a warning or disqualification.
In the event of a general technical problem, the organisers may repeat a question, cancel a question or adjust the ranking when necessary.
If a question contains a factual error or relevant ambiguity, the organisers may cancel that question.
Decisions made by the organisers regarding correct answers, tie-breaks and the final ranking are final.

Conditions

The event will take place on August 21, 2026, at Crafty Play.
The quiz will feature a total of 70 questions.
Participants may compete individually or as part of a team.
A minimum spend of €10 per person is required.
The minimum spend applies to every person taking part in the event, including participants playing as a team.
Places are limited and participation is subject to table availability.
Booking in advance is recommended.
Participants should arrive before the quiz begins to register and prepare their device.
A smartphone, tablet or another internet-connected device is required to participate.
Each participant or team may use only one device to answer the quiz.
Participation is in person and limited to customers present at Crafty Play.
The organizers may adjust the schedule, number of questions, question order or event duration when necessary.
The organizers may cancel or replace a question if an error, ambiguity or technical problem is identified.
Decisions made by the organizers regarding answers, rankings, tie-breaks and the running of the event are final.
